Jay Dyer is one of my favorite commentators on GeoPolitics. He’s grounded in an Orthodox Christian worldview, which gives him discernment. I trust him more than most.
The world of geopolitics and conspiracy are fraught with dead ends, limited hangouts, and outright deception. It’s good to have a touchstone like Dyer to gauge truth. He’s not perfect, but he’s one of the most solid truth tellers we have.
On the other hand, Dyer has become almost unlistenable on his regular video stream. He gets caught up with trolls and haters, and spends a good percentage of his record time calling them out for bad arguments.
He also fancies himself an entertainer and comedian. He succeeds at both when he’s not forcing it, but when he is trying too hard it’s time to fast forward.
